Summary0000073: Implement Market calendar for Oslo Bors (Oslo Stock Exchange)
DescriptionIn the case of Oslo Bors (Oslo Stock Exchange) the exchange observes more holidays than official holidays. In particular, 24-DEC is observed.

It means that at the moment, we are not implementing Oslo Bors calendar properly.
We should expose something like Market.OsloBors in order to provide what our users are probably interested on.

 * Review reliable data 2009 in the beginning of 2010;

* Needs review of Exchange and Settlement calendars, all years;

* Market.OsloBors was defined
* Market.Settlement is missing.

 Norway calendar has been ported to QL097 which has only one calendar.
